What do you do at Let Leeds?

I manage a portfolio of properties looking after both the Landlords' and Tenants' interests. The role is very varied and includes referencing suitable tenants and negotiating terms of the agreement to conducting the inventories, check outs and negotiating deposit returns. Maintenance takes up a lot of my day and can be from something small to overseeing property re-fits. Property management can get very busy and demanding however it's also very rewarding being able to resolve problems for people!

What did you do before joining Let Leeds?

I worked for a national estate agent as a property valuer although I have worked in the fields of Lettings and Corporate Relocation for 15 years now.

Why did you join Let Leeds?

It's a very friendly office environment and I enjoy working with my colleagues. It’s a fun and competitive environment to be in! I joined Let Leeds as they have a very good corporate image and appreciated that a company who had developed such a brand must be a good company to work for.

What are your hobbies?

I like arts and crafts and enjoy visiting different exhibitions and fairs. I’ve been fortunate enough to visit some amazing countries but I still have lots more on my bucket list!

An interesting fact about you?

I lived and worked in the Middle East for 5 years.

What is your dream home?

Can I be greedy and have two?! I’d have a quirky white-washed villa somewhere hot. Back here, I'd have an open-planned home in the 'burbs somewhere.
